This seminar is designed to be a review of practice tips for bankruptcy cases. Attendees will hear from a Chapter 7 Trustee, a staff attorney for a Chapter 13 Trustee, a creditors’ lawyer and a debtors’ lawyer about ways to increase effectiveness in representing clients in Bankruptcy Court. The program will also provide ample time for interaction with the panel for questions and answers.
