The New Jersey Solar Energy Legislation, which Governor Chris Christie signed into law (S-1925) on July 24, 2012, will bring the solar energy industry in New Jersey back to life. The Bill was based, in part, upon the input from significant stakeholders and innovative solar experts. Flaster Greenberg is making these experts available to you on October 10th in Cherry Hill, NJ, in a panel discussion format. The program will include a question and answer session and focus on the following:

Jeremy Connor, CEO, National Energy Partners, LLC (NEP)
NEP is a national solar energy developer with projects in New Jersey, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and specializes in net metered and utility scale projects. Jeremy manages the strategic planning and implementation of financing, project acquisition and development. Prior to starting NEP, he and his NEP partner, Lou Sabec, among others, developed over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial office real estate.
Michael Flett, President, Flett Exchange, LLC
The Flett Exchange is the lead SREC brokerage firm in the country. It is relied upon by government policymakers and utilities as well as SREC owners. Mike is a frequent speaker at forums on SREC legislation and the SREC market.
Steven Gabel, President and Founder, Gabel Associates
Gabel Associates is a dynamic national energy consulting and management firm. It is involved in project development, regulatory analysis and policy development, energy management and procurement. The firm consults with property owners, vendors, energy producers and distributors, and is active in both the traditional and alternative energy venues.
Anthony Pizzutillo, Partner, Smith Pizzutillo LLC
Smith Pizzutillo LLC is a New Jersey-based public affairs firm specializing in economic development, transportation and renewable energy and was an important stakeholder in the passage by Governor Christie of the recent New Jersey solar energy legislation. Tony is also the founder and Executive Director of the New Jersey Renewable Energy Coalition.
