The event, to be held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, will be streamed live across the country and has been approved for 1.5 CLE credits.
In addition to the usual review of the Supreme Court's most important cases, this year’s panelists will analyze how Supreme Court jurisprudence has evolved on the religion and free speech clauses of the First Amendment, issues central to the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) mission. This event is presented as part of the ADL’s Centennial celebration and the National Constitution Center's 10th anniversary programming.
