John Koch, Flaster Greenberg Insurance Counseling & Recovery Shareholder, has been tapped to present at RiskWorld 2025, The Risk Management Society’s (RIMS) Annual Conference. The conference will be held in Chicago, IL from May 4-7, 2025.
Koch will present two sessions this year. His first session is titled “Managing Contingent Risk in Mergers and Acquisitions.” His second is titled “Liability Waivers and Limitations of Liability Clauses – Best Practices for Implementing Effective Exculpatory Clauses.”
RiskWorld is the largest and most comprehensive event in risk management with more than 11,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors from more than 70 countries.
John G. Koch is a shareholder in Flaster Greenberg’s Insurance Counseling and Recovery, Litigation, and Environmental Practice Groups, and serves as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel. John is also a member of the Program Committee for RIMS’ Delaware Valley Chapter.
