Flaster Greenberg Welcomes Commercial Real Estate Counsel Michael Egnal

Michael J. Egnal has joined Flaster Greenberg as counsel in the Real Estate and Environmental Law Department.

Egnal is a skilled practitioner in real estate leasing, zoning, construction, financing, and development. He represents multifamily and retail developers, brokers, investors, and businesses in all phases of real estate transactions, from negotiations to post-closing matters, including drafting key agreements and appearing before planning and zoning boards.

With over fifteen years of transactional experience, his clients consider him their trusted advisor because of his in-depth knowledge and business-oriented approach as he assists them throughout the lifecycle of their projects.

In addition, Mike has more than a decade of experience in private equity, providing him with strategic insight into real estate transactions and firsthand knowledge of market dynamics which will be an asset to our firm’s clients.”

In addition to his real estate practice, Egnal advises clients on corporate and securities matters.  Whether in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, or capital market transactions he excels in conducting thorough due diligence, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with securities laws, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.

Before joining Flaster Greenberg in December 2024, Egnal was a partner and general counsel for several real estate private equity firms. He also has prior experience at a large AmLaw national law firm.

Egnal will splitting his time between the firm’s Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ offices.
