Karen Conn Mavros has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Department and Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
With more than two decades of experience in trust and estate planning and administration, Mavros has developed a robust legal career. Her extensive background includes advising high-net-worth clients on complex estate and tax planning issues. Mavros excels at providing personalized counsel and customized estate and tax plans tailored to each client’s situation.
Mavros is experienced in handling trust and estate administration matters from probate through distribution, including income, estate, and state death tax filings, and the management of contested matters. She has also represented clients in guardianship matters and Orphans' Court litigation.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg in August 2024, Mavros worked at other well-respected firms in the area.
Mavros will be headquartered in the firm’s West Conshohocken, PA, office.
