As lawyers, it is our professional duty to positively impact the communities that surround us. Since Flaster Greenberg’s inception, our attorneys have committed both time and resources to provide legal services to our local communities in the form of pro bono work.
Flaster Greenberg PC encourages volunteerism from staff at all levels, and supports our attorneys’ efforts to become involved in pro bono representations. Pro bono legal work often arises from relationships established with community, charitable and professional organizations, in which many of our attorneys function in leadership roles. By promoting good corporate stewardship such as pro bono legal work, our community, our firm and our attorneys benefit.
Below is a list of some of our most recent pro bono matters:
- Serving as pro bono counsel representing a paraplegic prisoner in a civil rights litigation
- Pro bono work in estate planning and administration for the "Pro Bono Initiative of Legal Services of New Jersey"
- Pro bono work for the Rutgers/Camden Bankruptcy Project
