A/R and A/P Supervisor

Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking an experienced A/R and A/P Supervisor. This person will be located in our Cherry Hill Office. This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Accounting Manager in the maintenance and implementation of the Firm’s accounting activities related to Accounts Payable and some billing functions. They will have one direct report.

The A/R and A/P Supervisor performs a variety of accounting functions which include but are not limited to: Oversee and manage all aspects of account payable and some billing; including processing all Corporate Credit Card transactions and obtain backup/receipts for all charges; manage all employee expense reports including; auditing receipts, ensuring proper coding and all expenses are in compliance with firm policy. Oversee A/P Coordinator in entering all the transactions in accounting system, enter all client charges related to: United States Patent and Trademark Office, Global, Fed-Ex and UPS and any other vendor Invoices. Cut all Trust transfers as needed. Obtain all proper check signatures from proper signers. Manage Positive Pay daily with PNC. Performs all billing activities for 1-2 Attorneys and assisting as a back-up as needed.

This ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 yrs of related experience. Must be highly organized, self-directed, and detailed oriented. Able to handle extensive deadlines and multiple priorities. Solid technical skills. Able to lead and manage people and processes.

Conflicts/File Clerk

Flaster Greenberg is seeking a Conflicts/File Clerk for our Cherry Hill Office. This position will serve a dual role working with the Records and Conflicts Manager. The Conflicts/File Clerk will be responsible for providing accurate and timely conflict checks. Offer assistance to the Records Manager in the maintenance and implementation of the firm’s filing activities. The Conflicts/File Clerk will perform a variety of administrative functions that include but are not limited to: Receiving all client matter intake forms from all employees of the firm, enter all new client matters into the accounting system, perform conflict checks on all new and existing clients, open all new files and prepare filing bin. This position will also serve as a backup to our office services department. Those duties include but are not limited to: copying, scanning, posting and sorting mail, maintaining the central storage rooms, hospitality orders and set ups. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in conflict checks (1- 3 years; law firm experience preferred). Must have a car and valid driver’s license. Ability to handle multiple priorities; and basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Legal Administrative Assistant - Litigation Practice

Flaster Greenberg is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant supporting attorneys in its Litigation practice for its growing Conshohocken office. This person will be located primarily in our Conshohocken office, but Flaster Greenberg offers the benefit of a hybrid work schedule. This administrative position will support 3 - 4 attorneys (initially) and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years providing administrative support in the following practice areas; Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Family law and Construction Law. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following functions which include but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, e-filing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Document Management system (Filesite/iManage preferred), Computerized Timekeeping and Adobe Acrobat. A team player who is customer service oriented and has a strong work ethic. Other skills required are: strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in timely manner; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
