1031 Exchanges as a Tool for Business Owners

This seminar will discuss how real estate investors and business owners generally may use a like kind exchange (under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code) to restructure their property holdings in a tax efficient manner. Topics will include so-called forward and reverse exchanges, partnership/LLC split-ups, and passive reinvestment options.
