Mitchell Kizner, shareholder and member of the firm's Environmental Law Department, and William S. Skinner, shareholder and member of the firm's Real Estate and Land Use Department will serve as panelists and two of ten speakers at the 2019 Annual Review of New Jersey Environmental Law, sponsored by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the NJSBA Environmental Law Section. This yearly program provides attorneys with current and insightful information about the latest environmental laws, policies and issues facing their clients. Topics covered included new legislative proposals and enactments, actions taken by the Murphy Administration, recent case law and regulations, developments in residential heating oil litigation, natural resource damages and the protection against malpractice actions.
