Conquering the challenges of managing a mixed workforce of union and non-union employees
Navigating the legal divide between union and non-union employees while maintaining unity and strong employee relations presents a unique challenge. Attendees will learn how to navigate legal landmines that can create liability for an organization and strategies for best practices. This session will include both legal and practice tips to help attendees find a balanced approach that will limit risk and allow for best practices in management. It will also focus on maintaining a union-free environment for positions that are not currently part of a union.
