Marty Judge served as a guest lecturer at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences of Rutgers University New Brunswick on Monday, September 24, 2018. Marty's lecture focused on the Public Trust Doctrine. Marty spoke to the Environmental Law and Policy I class, regularly taught by David J. Singer, Esq. Students in this class are primarily undergraduates majoring at the school in such topics as Environmental Sciences, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Planning and Design, Ecology, Evolution and Natural Resources.
