Our Panelists:
- Carol Kaufman-Scarborough, PhD. is a Professor of marketing and the Director of Business Leader Development in the Rutgers School of Business-Camden. Carol will address the latest business trends in retail that affect site development.
- Douglas J. Green is a Principal at MSC Retail. MSC Retail creates and implements real estate concepts, strategies and solutions for the world's leading retailers. Douglas is a recognized expert on Philadelphia’s growing retail and restaurant scene and he will share his insights on where retail real estate is headed in 2016.
- Nick Bayer is the Founder/CEO of Saxbys Coffee. He is currently the Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University and faculty member at Drexel University, where he teaches a course in entrepreneurial franchising. Saxbys has now grown to 30 cafés and Nick will share his perspective as a retailer in the current real estate environment.
