The Mironov Group, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, Corporate Synergies, Flaster Greenberg PC

The seminar will discuss how navigating the complexities of both federal and state wage and hour laws can be a daunting task. In this interactive session, Ken Gilberg Esq. will lead a discussion covering all aspects of wage and hour law compliance, including: exempt and non-exempt employees; how to properly calculate compensation due to service writers; body shop employees and technicians; and best practices. He will also discuss how to distinguish an independent contractor from an employee.

Kenneth R. Gilberg is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Automotive Practice Group, representing employers in a broad range of employment, labor and human resources issues. He partners with clients to provide sound counsel on the day-to-day regulatory and human resource issues in the workplace, such as discrimination, sexual harassment, mergers and acquisitions, workforce reductions, federal and state wage and hour laws, and employment agreements.
