In the second part of the seminar, you will learn what to do if you are served with legal paperwork indicating you have been sued, and how to initiate a lawsuit if you need to sue someone else.  We will also cover how to resolve litigation quickly through a settlement and what a typical litigation timeline looks like, including costs, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial.
