Civil Litigation Section CLE #2439 "Early Litigation Practices and Attorney Development"

These young attorneys (all former law clerks for Bucks County Court of Common Please Judges) will be an insightful presentation and discussion about their learning experiences as well as practice tips as they develop their civil litigation practices. This presentation will provide younger attorneys with valuable insight into the various aspects of civil litigation—what has helped, how things work, and what to avoid. It will also provide more experienced practitioners with an opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences in the development of the next generation of civil litigators.
