Villanova University - Charles Widger School of Law

Shareholder John Koch, Villanova Law alumnus (2005), will participate in a panel discussion "Learn the Law with Villanova Law Alumni" hosted by Villanova University - Charles Widger School of Law.

The purpose of the Pre-Law event is to give undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about the legal profession and life beyond law school. Through this event, students will learn about various aspects of law by speaking with alumni with different areas of expertise and at different stages of their legal careers.

The panelists will answer questions such as What did you do during your undergraduate experience that helped prepare for you law school?, What pre-conceived notions did you have about law school that changed once you got there?, What is your typical day like?, How did you decide to practice this area of the law and when did you decide?, What undergraduate courses prepared you the most for law school?, How did you approach taking the bar exam? Did you take it from different states?, and much more.

Joining John for this discussion is Ashley Baxter (2017), an associate at Morgan Lewis, a global law firm with more than 2,200 attorneys, and Ryan Raymond (2019), owner of Raymond IP Firm, a boutique intellectual property and entertainment law firm.
