FG's own Alan Zuckerman will be presenting a CLE on Wednesday, May 2nd. The program, entitled "Selling Your Business: The Anatomy of an Agreement of Sale,” will focus on the primary business, legal and tax aspects as a business owner proceeds to sell his or her business, including a review of the main concepts addressed in an Agreement of Sale. The event, hosted by OceanFirst Bank, is geared toward accountants, attorneys, business owners, and other Centers of Influences.
