Distinguished legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky, Dahlia Lithwick and Frederick Lawrence will be presenting live at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia about the most important cases of the Supreme Court term, including separation of church and state, racial bias in the criminal justice system, and free speech. They will also be talking about the addition of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, discussing what the Senate’s “nuclear option” could mean for the future of the Court, and analyzing lower court rulings on challenges to the President’s executive orders on immigration.
