Flaster Greenberg is pleased to welcome three law students as summer associates. Through this program, they will receive direct exposure to the legal process and attend seminars, luncheons, and other outings to offer them informal settings to further develop their professional and personal ties to the firm and our attorneys.

The mission of Flaster Greenberg’s Mentor Program is to provide summer associates with an opportunity to gain real-world experience working with the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients, and to get a feel for what it is like as a first-year associate at Flaster Greenberg.

The PDLG Fellows Program provides diverse students completing their first year of law school with the opportunity to be considered for summer law jobs with PDLG members. This program is open to diverse law students - those who have overcome significant and uncommon obstacles in the pursuit of a legal career, come from a disadvantaged background or come from a background, or are part of a group that is underrepresented in the Philadelphia legal community. After going through a rigorous application and interview process, twelve students work as summer associates/clerks at twelve PDLG employers.
