Steven Poulathas Tapped by the CCBA to Present at Tax Event

Flaster Greenberg shareholder Steven Poulathas has been tapped by the Camden County Bar Association (CCBA) to present at the “What You MUST Know About Taxes & Personal Injury/Employment Awards – Or Else!” event. This comprehensive program will focus in on and explore practical strategies for dealing with the important tax aspects of personal injury and employment awards and review the many traps of the unwary. 

Steven Poulathas is a member of the Taxation, Business & Corporate, Healthcare and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups. He counsels and represents individuals and companies in tax planning, compliance and controversy for matters involving a broad range of corporate, partnership, Limited Liability Company and real estate issues, including merger and acquisition agreements, legal opinions, private letter rulings and SEC registration statements.

The program will take place on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, New Jersey and has been approved for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey CLE credits. To register for this event, contact the CCBA at 856.482.0620 before February 13, 2012.
