Flaster Greenberg, a mid-sized commercial law firm headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ, is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its 5th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference, sponsored by M&T Bank. The conference is being held on January 29, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cherry Hill, NJ from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The half-day event, which welcomed more than 175 professionals last year, will feature three dynamic sessions featuring knowledgeable industry leaders from leading investment banking, M&A advisory and consulting, banking, accounting, and wealth management firms who serve clients from a variety of sectors across the United States.
Topics will include current M&A trends; other forms of consideration such as roll-over equity, pre-deal, equity, and earnouts; and raising capital in advance of a sale. Plus, there will be ample opportunities for attendees to network with business owners, executives, and M&A professionals.
“Flaster Greenberg’s M&A Conference is the only mergers and acquisitions-based conference in Southern New Jersey. It’s a great opportunity to learn from industry experts and for professionals and business owners to make connections for their next deal. Given our location between two of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, the conference continues to draw some of the industry’s most active and knowledgeable M&A professions. We are looking forward to bringing these players together in January to set the tone for a great 2025,” said Tami Bogutz Steinberg, Chair of Flaster Greenberg’s Business & Corporate Law Department.
There is no charge to attend the conference, however immediately following the educational sessions is a luncheon with a $25.00 fee to attend. 100% of the proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the Food Bank of Southern New Jersey. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are available.
