Adam E. Gersh, a shareholder in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, was recently selected and recognized by the Burlington County Times as a member of the 2013 Burlington County Forty Under 40 inaugural class. The Forty Under 40 program recognizes the most dynamic young men and women under the age of 40 who shine in the community and that have demonstrated impressive career achievements and unparalleled community involvement in Burlington County.
Gersh is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on the representation of businesses in employment and complex business disputes in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before federal and state administrative agencies. Since joining the firm in 2004, he was named a New Jersey “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine, made the SJ Magazine “Top Attorney List,” was named an "Awesome Attorney" by South Jersey Magazine, and was given the prestigious “Neighbor’s Choice Attorney” recognition by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Gersh graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, with high honors in 2004. While in law school, he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and the recipient of the Alfred Finn Award for Professional Ethics and 1st year writing award. He obtained his B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College in 1997. Prior to his legal career, Gersh wrote award-winning advertisements for Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
