Arena Named 2012 “Lawyer on the Fast Track”

Alexis K. Arena, an attorney in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments at Flaster Greenberg, has been named by both the Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly as a 2012 “Lawyer on the Fast Track.” This prestigious award is given to those attorneys who are considered future leaders of the legal community in Pennsylvania. Arena is one of 35 attorneys selected for the list, which identifies attorneys who have displayed an extraordinary commitment to the practice of law, furthering the legal profession and to their communities.

Arena focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law, litigation, and internet disputes. She advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights online, including the resolution of domain name disputes and matters concerning e-commerce, online speech and conduct, and related intellectual property issues. She has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star by the publishers of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine for the last three years. Additionally, she has been named by SJ Magazine as a 2011 and 2012 South Jersey “Top Attorney” for excellence in her area of practice.
