Flaster Greenberg PC, a full-service commercial law firm, announced the expansion of the firm’s West Conshohocken office located in the One Tower Bridge building at 100 Front Street. The office, which opened last summer sparked by the estate planning law firm of Plotnick & Ellis PC joining Flaster Greenberg, has expanded nearly 2,000 square feet in size, up from the space’s original 5,000 square feet, to support the firm’s ongoing growth strategy and resource requirements in Center City and the western Philadelphia suburbs.
“The decision to expand our office space in West Conshohocken was a logical step in our business growth,” said Alan H. Zuckerman, Managing Shareholder of Flaster Greenberg. “We’ve outgrown our existing physical space in Center City and will be expanding that space next year, and our recent entry into the western suburbs has proven to be a very successful business venture, in spite of, or perhaps enhanced by, the restrictions of the pandemic. Since a number of our firm’s attorneys and clients are based in that area, the additional space will help accommodate our recent lateral boom in Philadelphia, as well as enhance our ability to serve current and future clients who would prefer not to travel into the city. Though much of our firm is still working remotely, the eventuality that everyone will be back in the office at the same time is inevitable, and we need to be prepared for that day.”
The improvements add 50 percent more attorney offices, and will be the new home for the firm’s Trademark Practice. Other attorneys in our Conshohocken office serve individual and business clients in the areas of trust, estate, tax and succession planning, and business formation, transfers and buy-sell and purchase agreements. This location is the firm’s third largest office space, behind the firm’s Center City office and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, headquarters.
The firm’s West Conshohocken office offers clients who reside in the western Philadelphia suburbs the geographical advantages of being in close proximity to Interstates 76 and 476, convenient parking, along with easy access to public transportation into and out of Center City.
Over the last two and a half years, Flaster Greenberg has added dozens of new attorneys and opened three additional office locations. This summer, the firm welcomed three insurance recovery shareholders to the Philadelphia office, two of whom previously worked at the firm. Earlier this year, Flaster Greenberg announced the addition of an 11-member patent group to the Philadelphia office. Prior to that, the firm announced that the attorneys and staff of estate planning boutique law firm Plotnick & Ellis joined Flaster Greenberg, bringing with them a team of six attorneys, two paralegals, and five administrative staff members. Additionally, the firm also welcomed corporate attorney and former Moorestown, New Jersey, Mayor Christopher Chiacchio as well as litigation attorneys Daniel Epstein and Krishna Jani. Last week, the firm brought on four new attorneys, including a three-member Florida insurance recovery group.
