Damien Tancredi Joins Flaster Greenberg's Bankruptcy Department

Flaster Greenberg announced today that Damien Nicholas Tancredi has joined the firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department. Tancredi, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Philadelphia office, will focus his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Tancredi was an associate at Cozen O’Connor. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerone O. Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware in and for New Castle County and the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Supreme Court of Delaware through the Josiah Oliver (Wolcott Fellowship). 

Tancredi earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2009 and received his  B.A. from Temple University, cum laude, with a triple major in criminal justice, psychology and sociology in 2006.
