Flaster Greenberg’s William Burnett to Present at Bankruptcy Seminar in Philadelphia

William Burnett, shareholder with Flaster Greenberg PC, will be the featured speaker at the November 16, 2011 Bankruptcy Seminar sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association. The seminar starts at 12:30 p.m. and will be held at the Philadelphia Bar Association in Philadelphia.

Burnett will provide an in-depth overview of the 363 sales in bankruptcy and will offer guidance on bankruptcy basics and terminology, including an overview of sales in bankruptcy v. sales of outside bankruptcy, bid procedures, break-up fees, auctions and executor contracts and sale orders.

Burnett is a shareholder in the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Practice Group and concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganizations and workouts. He is also an adjunct professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law for the Integrated Transactional Program and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
