Join Flaster Greenberg on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 12 p.m. EST in the firm’s Cherry Hill office to watch via web stream distinguished legal scholars examine the significant rulings of the Supreme Court's 2017 - 2018 term, including the Masterpiece Cakeshop case affecting LGBT rights, the challenges to the President’s “Musslim Ban,” and a major redistricting case.

The distinguished panel selected to review the most recent landmark decisions of the Court include: Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law at Berkley Law; Frederick Lawrence, lawyer, civil rights scholar and CEO of the Phi Beta Kappa Society; and Dahlia Lithwick, attorney, writer, journalist and contributing editor of Newsweek and senior editor at Slate.

In addition to the usual review of the Supreme Court's most important cases, this year’s panelists will analyze continued challenges to the President’s executive orders in the lower court and what to expect at the Supreme Court next year will also be addressed.
