FG’s Adam Gersh to Present at the 22nd Annual Garden State SHRM Conference

Adam E. Gersh, a shareholder in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been selected by Garden State Council – Society for Human Resource Management (GSC-SHRM) to present at the 22nd Annual GSC-SHRM Conference on October 28, 2013.

Gersh will present the segment entitled “Investing in investigations: Keys to making sure your investigation will help protect your organization,” highlighting best practices to help make workplace investigations useful in defending employment actions and minimize risks.  It will also explore common pitfalls and offer suggestions for avoiding them.

Gersh is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on the representation of businesses in employment and complex business disputes in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before federal and state administrative agencies.

The 22nd Annual GSC-SHRM Conference will be held October 27th – 29th at the Atlantic City Convention Center and has been approved for HRCI credits. For more information, or to register, click here.
