Mitchell Kizner, shareholder in the Environmental Law Department and General Counsel of Flaster Greenberg PC, has been selected by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) for the third consecutive year to participate as a moderator and panelist at an upcoming seminar, which will be held on December 11th at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The program, entitled “2014 Review of New Jersey Environmental Law,” will provide attendees with information about recent developments in environmental law in New Jersey as well as identify what may occur during the coming year. Attorneys Daniele Cervino, Lewis Goldshore, State Senator Robert Smith and John Slimm will also serve as panelists. Mr. Kizner will speak on recent developments in environmental case law.
Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice. He is also a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 11 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey and has been approved for 4.5 CLE credits. For additional information on the event, or to register, click here.
