Seasoned corporate attorney Tami Bogutz Steinberg has joined Flaster Greenberg P.C., as a shareholder.
Recently a partner at Wolf Block in Philadelphia, Ms. Steinberg has 20 years of experience representing privately-held and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, including gaming, technology, telecommunications, sports/entertainment, real estate development and health care. Ms. Steinberg frequently functions as outside [legal] general counsel for her clients, and provides general legal advice and assistance on all legal matters, with an emphasis on corporate governance and contracting, financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership and shareholder transactions and dispute resolutions, and private placements.
Ms. Steinberg first joined Wolf Block in 1989 before joining Cozen O'Connor in 1995. She returned to Wolf Block in 2004 as a partner and remained with the firm until its dissolution in 2009.

Ms. Steinberg is a 1986 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1989. She served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
