| Press Release

Flaster Greenberg PC, a mid-sized commercial business law firm, announced today that it plans to relocate its Philadelphia office to Three Logan Square with more than 16,000 square feet of space on the 33rd floor, in an eight year lease.  With sweeping views of the City and the Delaware River, the firm’s new space will be home to 26 employees, 18 of whom are attorneys.  The floorplan will feature several client meeting spaces as well as a media room, which will be outfitted with cutting-edge technology to conduct virtual presentations, meetings and court appearances, in response to the hybrid landscape triggered by the COVID pandemic.  The new lease will go into effect on February 1, 2022.

Located only a few blocks from Flaster Greenberg’s current location at 1835 Market Street, where the firm occupies approximately 10,000 square feet, Flaster Greenberg’s new office space will accommodate the influx of recent laterals, plus make room for continued strategic growth and increased collaboration with attorneys from other offices.

“Our new office location marks a significant milestone for Flaster Greenberg. This is a very exciting time for our clients and employees – both of whom will benefit from the new office space. The new space will permit us to support the growth we’ve experienced over the past two years and leave us some room for continued growth,” said Jordan A. LaVine, Co-Managing Partner at Flaster Greenberg. “This move represents our continued commitment to client service, employee satisfaction and accounts for how we envision the post-pandemic workplace.

Throughout the past two years, the firm has experienced a significant uptick in lateral hiring activity, having brought on a total of 24 attorneys since January 2020, expanding strategic practice and geographic areas such as Business and Corporate, Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Insurance Counseling and Recovery as well as increasing our southern Florida footprint. Named among the Legal Intelligencer’s Top Lateral Firms of 2020, Flaster Greenberg began its recent growth in Philadelphia with the addition of an 11-member patent group in early 2020, which significantly expanded the firm’s intellectual property capabilities for regional, national and international clients, as well as attracted more talent to the patent team. A few months later, the firm added a team of insurance recovery attorneys, two of whom were previously with the firm, leading to the formalization of the Insurance Counseling and Recovery Practice Group within the firm’s Litigation Department. Flaster Greenberg now boasts one of the largest insurance counseling & recovery practices in the Greater Philadelphia area.

“Flaster Greenberg’s strategy is to grow methodically by selectively attracting strong laterals that complement our existing practice strengths. This approach has proven beneficial to both the firm and our clients,” said Steve Poulathas, Co-Managing Shareholder at Flaster Greenberg. “Our new Philadelphia office location will allow us to more fully serve our clients with a continuing depth and breadth of space and services.”

This announcement was picked up by the Philadelphia Business Journal on November 17th, which ran a story, "Flaster Greenberg upsizing and relocating Center City office in sublease agreement with another firm," linked here
