Flaster Greenberg PC, a full-service commercial business law firm, announced the appointment of its 2015 chairs of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax Law Departments.
William J. Burnett will serve another year as chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganizations and workouts. He is also an adjunct professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law for the Integrated Transactional Program.
Thomas J. Durling will serve another year as chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. He has more than 30 years experience handling intellectual property issues, with a focus on patent procurement, due diligence, intellectual property litigation and client counseling.
Marty M. Judge will serve as chair of the firm’s Environmental and Real Estate Law Departments. He is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, once representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, who now focuses his practice on environmental litigation, compliance and counseling in private practice.
J. Philip Kirchner will serve another year as chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on resolving business disputes, including complex litigation of all types of business issues in both the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Alan H. Zuckerman will serve another year as chair of the firm’s Corporate and Tax Departments. He has a business practice with a concentration in federal and state taxation, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (involving both public and privately held companies), estate planning and administration and healthcare law. Zuckerman is also a certified public accountant.
