His representations include financially distressed companies, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, creditors' committees, trustees, plan administrators, creditors (secured and unsecured), landlords, equipment lessors, asset purchasers, and preference plaintiffs and defendants. A resident of Center City Philadelphia, William J. Burnett is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and is an adjunct professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law for the Integrated Transactional Program.
