Flaster Greenberg attorney William J. Burnett was recently elected to serve on Flaster Greenberg's Executive Committee.  His two year term Commences on January 1, 2009.  Burnett joins fellow Shareholders Lynda L. Calderone, Allen P. Fineberg, and Alan H. Zuckerman along with Managing Shareholder, Peter R. Spirgel.

William J. Burnett, a shareholder and member of the firm's Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Risk Management Practice Group, concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganizations, and workouts. His representations include financially distressed companies, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, creditors' committees, trustees, plan administrators, creditors (secured and unsecured), landlords, equipment lessors, asset purchasers, and preference plaintiffs and defendants.  A resident of Center City Philadelphia, William J. Burnett is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and is an adjunct professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law for the Integrated Transactional Program.
