Flaster Greenberg PC, a full-service commercial law firm with six office locations across NJ, PA, DE and NY, announced it is expanding its higher education practice to accommodate the firm’s growing client base among colleges and universities in the region.

For the past decade, Flaster Greenberg has provided legal services to public and private colleges and universities including two-year and four-year institutions, independent and faith-based schools, teaching hospitals, medical research organizations, and other educational-related entities. Flaster Greenberg’s education experience includes corporate law, joint ventures, governance, real estate, tax, intellectual property, litigation, environmental, financing, labor and employment, employee benefits, health, regulatory and compliance work. 

The Higher Education Group is comprised of Flaster Greenberg attorneys who have decades of experience in assisting educational institutions, academics and organizations, as well as companies in the education industry.
