We are pleased to announce that Flaster Greenberg was honored with the inaugural Sigmund Livingston Award for Corporate Citizenship presented by the Anti-Defamation League for the firm’s commitment and dedication to social justice initiatives supporting fair treatment to all citizens. The award was presented to Alan Zuckerman, Managing Shareholder, (pictured above with fellow shareholders) during a celebratory brunch on November 17th at the Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill, NJ. The firm was honored to be presented with an official proclamation from the County of Camden in recognition of the firm’s efforts in advancing the ADL’s mission within South Jersey and acknowledging Flaster Greenberg’s attorneys and staff for volunteering countless hours to assist nonprofits, educational organization, individuals, and public interest groups with legal skills, time and resources.
Throughout the year, Flaster Greenberg is a proud supporter of a variety of ADL initiatives, such as the ADL’s Walk Against Hate and the ADL Supreme Court Review. Additionally, several firm attorneys have held leadership positions in the ADL Glass Leadership Institute, a program designed to expose young professionals to the important work of fighting hate for good, and the full range of issues on the organization’s agenda.
The ADL is the nation's premier civil rights/human relations agency, which fights anti-Semitism, racism and all forms of bigotry, defends democratic ideals and protects civil rights. It carries out its mission through a network of 30 regional and satellite offices in the United States and abroad. Last year, the ADL’s Regional office based in Philadelphia assumed responsibility for serving Southern New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May counties.
