Effective July 1, 2019 Flaster Greenberg PC, a mid-sized law firm, will open a Conshohocken, PA office in the One Tower Bridge building located at 100 Front Street. The Class A high-rise in the bustling West Conshohocken neighborhood is situated across from the Schuylkill River.
The new office offers clients who reside in the western Philadelphia suburbs the geographical advantages of being in close proximity to Interstates 76 and 476, convenient parking, along with easy access to public transportation into and out of Center City. The opening of the new office was sparked by the Jenkintown-based estate planning law firm Plotnick & Ellis PC joining Flaster Greenberg earlier this year.
“While the majority of the Jenkintown attorneys and staff are moving to the Conshohocken location, it is important to note that we will still maintain a presence and physical office space in Jenkintown to accommodate our valued and longstanding clients in the area,” noted Shareholder Jonathan Ellis.
The Jenkintown, PA office, located at 261 Old York Road is transitioning from Suite 200 to Suite 718.
“Opening an office in Conshohocken was the next milestone in our business growth strategy in expanding the firm’s Pennsylvania presence,” said Alan H. Zuckerman, Managing Shareholder of Flaster Greenberg. “It will help our firm continue to grow, increase visibility and expand upon and establish strategic connections in this booming business community while providing our clients to the west of Center City with an ideal location in this suburban Philadelphia business community.”
Attorneys in Flaster Greenberg’s Conshohocken and Jenkintown offices serve individual and business clients primarily in the areas of trust, estate, tax and succession planning, and business formation, transfers and buy-sell and purchase agreements.
In January, all 12 members of Plotnick & Ellis, including a seasoned team of five attorneys and two paralegals, joined Flaster Greenberg.
