Flaster Greenberg today announced the arrival of the firm’s newest attorney. Nella M. Bloom has joined the firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy Practice Group. Bloom, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Philadelphia office, will maintain a general corporate bankruptcy practice.
Before joining Flaster Greenberg, Bloom practiced as an associate in the business practice group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman, P.C. Prior to that, she was a judicial clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County for the Honorable Judge Howland W. Abramson, Jr.
Having earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, Bloom graduated Dean’s Scholar in 2006, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. She received her B.A. from Hamilton College, cum laude, in 2001. Bloom is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
