Lindi von Mutius joined Flaster Greenberg PC as an attorney in the Bankruptcy and Litigation Practice Groups. Ms. von Mutius currently handles a variety of matters in commercial and consumer bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, she worked for a Philadelphia real estate boutique firm. She also interned with the Vermont Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee and the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, where she provided bankruptcy litigation support and appeared in court on behalf of the State of New Hampshire.
Lindi von Mutius received a B.A. in Modern European History and Environmental Studies, with Honors, from Williams College and earned a Master's Degree in Environmental Management, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. Prior to earning her graduate degree, Ms. von Mutius worked with The Association for the Protection of the Environment in Cairo, Egypt, as a Project Manager on a World Bank environmental technology grant.
She received her J.D. in 2008 from Vermont Law School. In law school, Ms. von Mutius was an active member of the Moot Court Team and the Black Law Students' Association (BLSA). She won the 2008 BLSA Distinguished Service Award and an award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. Continuing her professional interest in environmental business in emerging economies, Ms. von Mutius worked with Vermont Law School's partnership with Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) in China. The program focuses on tackling China's pollution and natural resource management problems.
Ms. Von Mutius is a Board Member of Little Hands Family Services, a children's therapy clinic headquartered in Sicklerville, New Jersey. She is also a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Philadelphia.
