Free seminars on what to do if you are considering an appeal
Press Release

For owners of commercial or high-end residential property in Cape May and Cumberland Counties, there is no better time to consider appealing your 2013 real estate tax assessment. Here is why:

Owners of high-end residences or commercial properties such as office or retail space, multifamily properties, restaurants and industrial/warehouse complexes, located in these New Jersey Counties are invited to attend one or more of these must-attend seminars examining the revaluation process that occurred in 2012 and the subsequent appeals process, which for many districts is April 1, 2013. The programs will cover general market conditions and explain how to decide if you should appeal, how changes in the laws and market may affect your tax assessment, how to get the best value from your appeal, and what to do next.

Flaster Greenberg’s real estate and tax attorneys, Steven Poulathas and Douglas Stanger, will present these issues for Cape May and Cumberland Counties.  Refer to the below schedule for dates and locations.
