On January 24, 2012, Flaster Greenberg PC will host an ABC NJ (Associated Builders and Contractors of New Jersey) program titled “Understanding NJ Prevailing Wage and Contract Registration.”
The event will feature three officials from the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJ DOL) and Workforce Development will be on-hand to explain the nuts and bolts of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. They will walk attendees through the process of doing work on public contracts and compliance with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act and will also set time aside for questions from the audience.
