Adam E. Gersh, a shareholder in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, presented a seminar on social media in the workplace at the Virtua Department of Dentistry on February 12, 2013. The program, entitled “Legal Implications of Social Media in the Workplace,” discussed the intersections of social media and employment law and offered continuing education credits to those in attendance.

Gersh is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on the representation of businesses in employment and complex business disputes in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before federal and state administrative agencies.
