For the fifth consecutive year, Jordan A. LaVine, Flaster Greenberg shareholder and head of the Trademark and Copyright section of the firm's Intellectual Property Department, was named in the Trademark Insider's® list of the Top 50 Trademark Attorneys, based upon the number of trademark applications filed in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In 2009, LaVine was ranked 42nd in the national list of trademark attorneys. The Trademark Insider's® ranking is compiled through an analysis of public trademark filing data in the records of the USPTO.
