Flaster Greenberg announced today that Melissa K. Hazell has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. Hazell, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, will focus her practice on commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Hazell worked at Pepper Hamilton LLP in its Health Effects Litigation Department and as a general commercial litigator at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP.
Hazell received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2009, graduating as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She served as social chair and executive board member of the Black Law Students Association and as a member of both the Courtroom Advocacy Program and the Jerome Michael Jury Trial Program. Hazell received her B.A. in History from Yale University.
