Flaster Greenberg shareholder Mitch Kizner will be a featured faculty member at the upcoming Insurance Coverage Law seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute (NBI). The day-long seminar will be held on September 22nd at the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill on Route 70.
Kizner’s first session, “Establishing the Foundation,” will aid in the understanding of an insurance policy’s key elements, including contract interpretations and exclusions. In his second class, “Understanding Coverage Options,” he will explore first and third party coverage issues and solutions for various policy types.

A member of the firm’s Litigation and Environmental Law Practice Groups, Kizner represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters. He is also a member of the Alternative and Renewable Energy Industry Group, and represents clients engaged in business ventures in emerging green energy fields such as solar, wind, geothermal, cogeneration, biofuels and biomass.
