Four Flaster Greenberg attorneys will moderate and participate as panelists at various educational seminars planned during the 65th Annual Atlantic Builder’s Convention. Held on March 26-28, 2014 at the Atlantic City Convention Center, the event offers a wide array of educational tracks to inform and help guide business decisions and planning for those involved in the real estate industry.

Lee Epstein, a shareholder in the Insurance Coverage and Litigation Practices, concentrates his practice in insurance coverage law and has a special expertise in securing insurance for environmental, products of professional liabilities and for first-party property and business interruption losses. He has represented market leaders in the airline, chemical, financial, mining, food and HVAC&R industries.
Marty Judge, a shareholder in the Environmental Law Practice Group, is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, once representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, who now focuses his practice on environmental litigation, compliance and counseling in private practice.
Doug Stanger, a shareholder in the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Practice Group, concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, condominium, corporate, general business, property tax and real estate law. He serves on the United States Department of Justice Panel of Trustees and is an approved mediator for the Bankruptcy Court.
Robert Washburn, Of Counsel to Flaster Greenberg, is a Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law-Camden and also serves as General Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association and to the Builders League of South Jersey.
The Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC) is the largest regional builder trade show in the northeast, designed for builders, contractors, remodelers and any other home builder-related enterprise. More than 7,000 people attend ABC which draws from a six-state region. The three-day convention features over 500 exhibitors showcasing innovative products and services to a large and diverse audience of industry leaders and decision makers.
