Flaster Greenberg attorney Stephen M. Greenberg and Richard Wagar, M.B.A., President, Surgery Center Management Services, Inc. (SCMS) will discuss the value of ambulatory surgical centers in private practices. Greenberg concentrates his practice in healthcare, tax and corporate legal services with particular expertise in the healthcare industry. Wagar founded SCMS which implements and manages Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and heads a consulting group, Ambulatory Surgery Development Group, a consortium of independent professionals that provide services for implementing ASC projects.
