Mitchell Kizner, shareholder in the Environmental Law Department and General Counsel of Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) to participate as a moderator and panelist at an upcoming seminar, which will be held on December 12 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The program, entitled “2012 Review of New Jersey Environmental Law,” will provide attendees with information about recent developments in environmental law in New Jersey as well as identify how others may be implemented during the coming year. Louis Goldshore, Esq. Daniele Cervino, Esq. of Golub & Isabel, PC, State Senator Bob Smith and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Assistant Commissioner David Sweeney will also serve as panelists. Mr. Kizner will speak on recent cases under the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act.
Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice. Most recently, he became Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section, for the 2012-2013 term.
