Kizner to Present at NBI Seminar

Flaster Greenberg P.C. shareholder Mitchell H. Kizner will be a member of the faculty at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar entitled “The Mechanics of New Jersey Civil Procedure,” on November 12, 2010. The seminar will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Holiday Inn, 2175 Marlton Pike, in Cherry Hill, NJ.  The faculty will examine the procedures of the New Jersey civil court system, including where, when and how claims are processed; the differences between state civil court and federal court; and how to avoid fatal mistakes in filing notices of appeal and other documentation, among other useful topics.

Mr. Kizner is a member of the Litigation, Environmental Law and Alternative and Renewable Energy Practice Groups. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice. He is also General Counsel to the firm.
