Marc Garber to Participate in the Navigator 401(k) Symposium

Marc R. Garber, Of Counsel at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by Clark Capital Management Group to participate as a panelist at the upcoming Navigator 401(k) Symposium. This comprehensive program will focus in on and explore the transformation and opportunities in today’s defined contribution markets. 

The panel discussion, entitled “What’s Ahead on the Regulatory Horizon?” will cover upcoming regulatory changes in the Defined Contribution Market and opportunities these changes represent to 401(k) focused investment advisors. Garber will speak specifically on ERISA 408(b)(2) in relation to fee transparency and other disclosures investment professionals must make to 401(k) and other retirement plans. Garber will sit on a panel with some of the retirement industry’s top professionals, which include James Liberi, First Vice President and Director of Institutional Sales at The Bancorp Bank and Jeff Allen, Vice President Institutional Sales for the Southeast Region at TD Ameritrade.  

Garber is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on employee benefits law, executive compensation matters and ERISA litigation.

The program will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Pyramid Club. The festivities will conclude at Clark Capital’s headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
